KAISDA Warranty and Guarantee
The warranty period for KAISDA e-bikes is as follows. If the customer discovers non-human damage within the warranty period, KAISDA will provide replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, the customer will need to pay for the replacement parts and shipping fees.
All KAISDA e-bikes are brand new factory products, and all replacement parts are identical to the originals.
To ensure quick resolution of after-sales issues, accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA (Dead on Arrival), they are not covered by warranty.
Please note: Second-hand or modified e-bikes are not covered by warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
1. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or adjust the e-bike according to the Instruction Manual.
2. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the e-bike.
3.Damage caused by improper use, storage, or accidents.
4.Repairs carried out at unauthorized repair shops without KAISDA’s consent.
5.Minor scratches or damage to the packaging box caused by logistics are not covered.
6.Please contact us and obtain written approval before returning any product. Any item returned without authorization will not be refunded.
7.Consumable parts are not covered, including but not limited to: tires, saddles, brake pads, brake lines, brake rotors, lights, throttle, plastic covers, surface scratches, etc.

How to Apply for Warranty
Step 1: Take a photo or short video showing the issue.
Step 2: Send a brief description of the problem along with pictures/videos, your order number, and the purchase platform to info@kaisda.net.
Step 3: Our team will diagnose the issue and provide a solution.
Step 4: If the issue cannot be diagnosed immediately, we’ll send troubleshooting instructions. Please follow them, record the process, and send back the related videos or photos for further analysis.
Step 5: Once verified, we’ll confirm your delivery address and send the necessary replacement parts.
Return and Refund Policy
7-Day Return (No Reason):
Within 7 days of receipt, customers may return the e-bike if unused and in resellable condition. The customer must pay return shipping fees. Any damage caused during return transit is the customer’s responsibility.
30-Day Return (Quality Issue):
Within 30 days of receipt, if a confirmed product defect affects normal use, returns are accepted at KAISDA’s cost.
All returns must include the original charger, tools, and manuals. Items returned without prior approval or incomplete packages may be refused.
