Good morning. I have to compliment the seller, the e-bike arrived in uk in 5 days. About two hours to remove it from the packaging and assemble it. The battery arrives charged at 3/4. I tried it and I am very satisfied, it's well-crafted in detail, the tires seem to hold the road well, the shock absorbers are very comfortable and it's easy to drive. It's my first e-bike and I can't make comparisons, but I find it very fast, it helps a lot uphill, almost feels like a scooter. Very satisfied with the price. Now I will try it to see the battery life and how it performs over time. If there are any updates, I will let you know. The set also includes a pump and a chain with a combination lock. I do not recommend the purchase, and I noticed that the seller is always available to respond. Happy shopping
